Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within two to three business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, severe weather or periods of unusually high order volume.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

Available shipping methods, rates and estimated transit times are displayed during checkout based on the order and delivery destination.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order ships. Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear.

DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Nutter Homestead Market is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions or other circumstances outside our control. However, customers are encouraged to contact us through our Contact page if an order appears to be delayed or lost so we can help review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next step.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, please check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier. Please also notify us so we can assist where reasonably possible.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please contact us through our Contact page within three calendar days of delivery and provide the order number, an explanation of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and shipping packaging.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available only when displayed as an option during checkout. Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

Please do not arrive before receiving the ready-for-pickup notification. Orders must be collected during the available pickup times stated in the notification. For customer and business privacy, the complete pickup location is provided only with the order instructions.
